Field-marketing software for alcohol beverage distributors: events, sampling, and activations. Built alone with AI coding agents. Open beta October 2026 with one design-partner distributor.

  • Wrote about 114k lines of Go and templ: 1,300+ commits since August 2026 and 491 tests that pin each design decision. CI ratchets keep complexity and duplication from rising.
  • Shipped four Claude features in production. In each one the model proposes and a person confirms: event questions with charts, invoice PDF reading, website readers for brands, suppliers, and events, and bring-your-own-key.
  • Event Q&A has no database access. The server passes in the data the asker's own page is built from, so role and cost visibility carry over. The model proposes a chart spec, and the server checks it and draws it.
  • The invoice reader copies every figure as printed and never calculates one. Unknown item codes wait for review. Every run logs model, tokens, cost, and prompt hash. Keys are encrypted and checked before saving.
  • Server-driven with Go, templ, Datastar SSE, Brotli, embedded NATS, and SQLite with Litestream. Every page is live and multiplayer by default. Multitenant by org, with WebAuthn passkeys.

Embedded data scientist at a regional beverage distributor. Operations research, decision-support tools, and KPI reporting.

  • Estimated ~25% of route time could be freed at the same delivery frequency, checked in OR-Tools and Timefold. Recommended GPS tracking to close the data gap holding it back.
  • Built time-distance matrices with the Google Maps API and ran routing scenarios. Time on route held up better than mileage as the cost function.
  • Modeled customer lifetime value across service levels, route economics, and account revenue. Found which contract and operating levers moved CLV.
  • Built four role-gated KPI dashboards on live ERP data (operations, sales team, sales analytics, company-wide) where users pick the grouping and aggregation. Cleaned and normalized legacy ERP data: package weights, vehicle constraints, delivery records.
